Cindy Gordon is the Founder and CEO of SalesChoice, an AI SaaS Advanced Sales Analytics Company specializing in Ending Revenue Uncertainty. She is an expert in SaaS, (Software as a Service), AI (Artificial Intelligence),Business Innovation, Digital Convergence, Customer Relationship Management(CRM), eCommerce Marketplace(s), and Digital Intelligence: Sales and Marketing Operations. She is also the Co-Founder or Emotional Cloud, and President of an AI company specializing in Voice and Emotion Detection.
She has held senior leadership and partnership roles in global B2B Enterprises, including: Accenture, Xerox, Nortel Networks, and Citicorp. At Accenture, Cindy was a Practice Partner for the North Eastern Market for the High Tech Industry for the Strategic Change Transformation Practice, with oversight of over 2000 consultants. At Xerox, Cindy was a Senior Director and General Manager (GM) running a P&L for the Xerox Canadian Outsourcing and Professional Services Business Unit, with over 500 employees, at Nortel Networks, Cindy was responsible for Global IT Strategy and Architecture, and at Citicorp, Cindy was an Assistant Vice President responsible for IT Canadian Customer Service Operations, including end user computing, call center ops, and IT banking security and compliance audit. In addition, Cindy has been active in the financial community in roles as a: Founder, Venture Capitalist, and Angel. She is currently supporting SaaS companies like: Corent Technology, Lyfe Up, and TouchTown TV (recently acquired by Uniquest). Cindy is also the Founder of Helix Commerce International Inc., a strategy innovation firm which has serviced global B2B clients in diverse industry sectors: Financial Services (Banking and Insurance) Communications and High Tech, and Global Media and Entertainment Companies.
Internationally, she is recognized for her innovation thought leadership in: SaaS, Collaboration, AI, Technology Emergence, with over 14 books in the market. She is the 2020 Recipient of the Technology Software Innovator to Watch, The 2019 recipient of the Mindbridge AI Award, the 2018 recipient for Disruptive AI Innovation, and the 2018 Best Managed Solutions in Sales Management. She is also the 2017 recipient winner for both the National and Regional Innovation Awards from Startup-Canada and BDC (Business Development Bank of Canada). She is the 2017 recipient of the CATA (Canadian Advanced Technology Association) & EY (Ernst and Young) Sara Kirke Award for Outstanding CEO: Innovation &Community Leadership, and also an award recipient for the most Creative CEO Award from Insights Success. With her Not for Profit (NFP) community leadership, Cindy has an impressive community track record, including current roles as: Forbes AI Blogger, ITWC Blogger, Board Advisor to The Forbes Business School and Technology Ashford University (University of Arizona), AI Thought Leader, Forbes Media, AI Ethics and Inclusiveness Adjunct Professor, MBA Program (George Brown AI and Business), Co-Founder, and Chair of the AI Directory Hub (www.aidirectory.ai), Board Advisor, CATA (National Media Spokesperson for Innovation, AI, and STEM). Former NFP roles include: and Board Director, RSI (Rethink Sustainability Initiative). Founding Chair: Invest CrowdFund Canada (ICC), where she led an advocacy CATA lobbying and educational network, of over 200 volunteers to advocate new security laws to enable equity crowd-funding to legally enter the Canadian market(s).
